PROBLEM
The Toga Group faced the challenge of implementing a new parking system at their mixed-use Bondi Beach site, which includes apartments, a shopping centre, and a hotel. They sought a solution that would be cost-effective, drive incremental revenue, and improve the experience for tenants and customers.
